Seiðr Ritual Oil can be used during Seiðr rituals involving trance work, healing rituals involving the dead or ancestors. It can be used to anoint altar items, used in Trollpåse (Troll pouch)

Seiðr is the most prominent ritual practice that the völva undertakes,combining prophecy, spirit communication and the manipulation of fate. Once the völva  is in an altered trance state , induced by rhythmic chanting, and by drumming by using her metal  she can communicate with the nature spirits, gods or the dead to gain insight into the future  or to influence events. Seiðr is not without risk and takes many years of training. Seiðr often draws chaotic forces and the völva  ability to navigate these forces is a testament to her skills.
